It’s been 2 years too long without micromanaging.
Micromanaging online failed despite their attempts, mostly due to being too cringe/creepy. The wheels of news cycle has finally changed, its time to come back to the office, endure delightful traffic jams and bacteria infested public transit.
The above image was seen in a office building lobby in Toronto (Canada). Was that the work of a out-of-touch person or a permissive and cruel behaviour that is allowed to go unchecked in North American corporations? As soon as it doesn’t break the shrine of social justice or the made up ESG sanctuary it seems yes.
After 2 years of being threatened with unemployment and denied unemployed benefits (if you refused to be vaccinated) such displays of “welcome” is all you need to come back to work full of energy and glee. This will certainly cause no resentment, rage and contempt at all.
One would think they need employees more than what the way they treat you makes it appear. NY mayor begged to have workers “back to office” (even with the surging “cases”) in an attempt to reinvigorate NYC after two years of protests, rising crime and shutdown. Yes, they want you to work and they want you to spend your money for their benefit. Your health and well being? Oh.. never-mind that. Stop trying to destroy everybody else’s bottom-line.
Maybe this is all a ponzi and you are being actively prevented from winning.
