Lights, camera, Action! Canadian “COVID survivor” records video within an inch of her life in full makeup while on oxygen tube to Canadian news outlet CTV News, one of the official COVID sponsors in Canada.
The 31 year-old Alison Lowe seemed to record herself wearing full makeup, nails done and ready to shine while in a hospital after spending 16 days on a ventilator. It is unclear what she meant in the short clip where she mentions her mom.
The short clip was followed by a video interview from her home (with much less impressive makeup compared to the makeup she was wearing when bed ridden) with a curious “out of breath” voice, where she sounded out of breath while speaking really fast and with few pauses.
Apparently CTV forgot to disable the comments section in their youtube video, and the internet was not having any of that. I present you the best part of the video, the comments.

She had a tumor and the news report just glossed over that?? I also found this other article here. They didn’t forget to add the “It can happen to anyone” mantra (well, at least everyone that has a massive tumor in the chest and impeccable makeup routine).
