Randy Boissonnault, a Canadian PC MP (kind of a Canadian politician/congressperson) unveils the new earth shattering program that intends to pay people benefits as soon as they live OUTSIDE Canada.
It is still uncertain what effects such a policy will have, a Canadian government official that spoke to MehMag under the condition of anonymity said that the program “is intended to be so confusing, people will actually send us money, it literally can’t go wrong”.
