An even more deadly and infections strain, named “Omega” by scientists is making rounds around the world. The source is still uncertain, but sources say it likely came from San Francisco, CA, where the highest number of cases has been reported. There is also evidence the rapid spread might be linked to the locals poor hygiene, an issue that has been highlighted by numerous media outlets over the years.
The new strain is said to be yet more deadly that, Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Rock variants.
