It is rather strange that just recently the “Karen” meme has become a thing. It’s been out for years despite being well known as “Can I speak to your manager” meme depicting behaviour and exemplified graphically as a haircut. It was a meme critical of some women’s behaviour displayed towards others in public, usually to retail staff and coming from an elevated sense of self worth or entitlement. It seems that it peaked in 2019 as can be seen below.

But guys, we are in the current year, that happens to be 2020, and as you know, 2020 is not finished turning everything into a pozzed cesspool of bad takes and division. Of COURSE it became a circle-jerk of racially and sexually charged micro-aggression, and given a name, Karen. Everything is Karen now. Karen is also racist and a victim of misogyny because why not.

Remember we are in the year 2020? Yes. The nightmare isn’t over yet.

It would be nice if they knew how to spell K-A-R-E-N, I feel micro-agressed.

That’s right, Karen is about racism now.

I’m so annoyed, I don’t even feel about finishing this article. I could go on and mention Karen’s doing tiktok Karen videos and such. Screw it, I will have my latte and scream at someone.
